But the activator asked me for a 'Key Number'. Where can I find this number? Because I only have bought the download version.

You will need a German serial number and ID in that case. Also, you didn't mention which edition you installed. If you are installing any edition other than the Pro, you need to select the exact edition you are installing from the splash screen that first opens when installing. Because I don't get any answer from any emailadresses from Musitek, I installed SmartScore on Windows as English Version.

And what can I see? The fields in the german form are named wrong AND they are in the wrong sequence! I can't believe that! I typed the Serial Number into the filed 'Key Nummer' and the Customer ID into the field 'Serien Nummer' and now it works!
