And if you wanted a retail CD. Windows Xp Professional Sp3 Oem keygen. Dependability of our highest end. Windows XP Professional x64 Edition Full Version. I work at a small computer repair store, and we have been having an influx of users with older Windows XP (original, SP1, SP2, and SP3). Is there anywhere I could download OEM.iso's? Available Windows XP images are all retail. Need to install the Windows XP SP3 version without initially typing in.
Or read our to learn how to use this site. With the 'Archive.org' ISO, the drivers for the Video on the Inspiron were absent, I downloaded them from Dell. It's up and running, I will pull the Drive and scan it from the Win7 machine. I'll see what happens when the drivers are copied to the OEM directory. Pl 2303 usb to serial driver download.
I've found that bootable CD's tend to be picky with the allowable license keys. Often those on the back of one manufacture's COA will not work with the Install CD provided with a different computer. SO- you have to do some matching. Edited by BrianVS, 22 September 2016 - 04:38 AM. I've found that bootable CD's tend to be picky with the allowable license keys. That's just one of the things I like about the XP Pro version I found; the entire ISO has been set up to make it as easy as possible to install. No need for a license key at all.it's all totally automatic.! Even a complete beginner could install it (apart, perhaps, from the initial choosing of partitions). Aside from that, it's easy-peasy.

The XP SP3 ISO that Mike linked to installed perfectly on the ~2001 Dell Inspiron 8000, loaded the proper Video drivers for 1600x1200 mode.
The ISO downloaded from Archive.Org scanned clean AFTER removing the offending driver file from the OEM subdirectory, but did not install the correct video driver for the Inspiron, Downloading and installing from Dell corrected it. I would suggest that the ISO that Mike linked to be used. Any files downloaded and burned to CD should be scanned for viruses. The ISO file downloaded from archive.org passed the Scan on initial download, but failed the scan after burning the image to CD. I wonder how many of these ISO files have been infected with viruses. BUT won't the computer-guy at Microsoft get sad and lonely not validating XP installs!
^^^ I think I was just lucky with this one, TBH. I had a search on Google, and picked this one out at random. As luck would have it, it installed perfectly, and never did give me any problems.
No, I tell a lie; it did give one problem, but it's a long-standing one with Windows Explorer anyway. The one where it just freezes things for 30 seconds or so after closing, and says something along the lines of 'Window Explorer has been shut down to protect your computer. We are sorry for the incovenience.' Watson post-mortem debugger shows up, and says it, too, has had to be shut down.!!
Aside from that, it was as good as gold. I just got fed up with it, and uninstalled. Still got the CD, so can reinstall at any time if I feel like being a masochist once again. I'm having a lot more fun with my 'Pups'!! Edited by Mike_Walsh, 24 September 2016 - 01:27 PM. Distros:- Multiple 'Puppies'.
